RESOLUTION NO. 88-83
RESOLUTION SUPPORTING HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION
PROJECTS
RESOLVED, by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame, California,
WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the various highway projects
recommended for use of Federal Aid Urban Funds, as well as those freeway
projects being considered by CALTP,ANS; and
WHEREAS, there are projects recommended and supported by this
City Council as being of particular necessity for the City of Burlingame;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is RESOLVED that this City Council recommends
and supports the project for the reconstruction of Bayshore Boulevard from
Airport Boulevard to Millbrae city limits. This Council further supports the
City of San Mateo, County of San Mateo, and District 4 CALTP.ANS in nominating
the Peninsula Avenue interchange project on the east side of Highway 101 for
use of non -interstate freeway funds and Route 380 connection to the Airport for
interstate freeway funds.

certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of
Ithe City Council held on 3rd day of October 1983, and was
adopted thereafter by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: AMSTRUP, BARTON, MANGINI, MARTIN
NOES: COUNCILMEN: NONE
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: CROSBY
