ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS - PAINTING
CITY BUILDINGS - PROJECT #243
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame,
California, and this Council does hereby find, order and dete
as follows:
1. The Director of Public Works of said City has certifie
work done by CHUNG PAINTING COMPANY, under the terms of
its contract with the City dated January 3, 1983, has
been completed in accordance with the plans and specific-
ations approved by the City Council and to the satisfact-
ion of the Director of Public Works.
2. Said work is particularly described as PAINTING CITY
BUILDINGS, PROJECT #243.
3, Said work be and the same hereby is accepted.

I, EVELYN H. HILL, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame,
certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular
meeting of the City Council held on the 7th day of September
1983, and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:

NOES: COUNCILMEN: NONE
