ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS - COURT RESURFACING
CITY PROJECT NO.206
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of
Burlingame, California, and this Council does hereby find,
order and determine as follows:
1. The Park Director of said City has certified work
done by VINTAGE CONTRACTORS, under the terms of its
contract with the City dated March 21, 1983, has been
completed in accordance with the plans and specifications
approved by the City Council and to the satisfaction of
the Park Director.
2. Said work is particularly described as COURT
RESURFACING - CITY PROJECT NO. 206.
3. Said work be and the same hereby is accepted.

I, EVELYN H. HILL, City Clerk of the City of
Burlingame, certify that the foregoing Resolution was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held
on the 15th day of August, 1983, and was adopted thereafter
by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: AMSTRUP, BARTON, CROSBY, MANGINI, MARTIN
NOES: COUNCILMEN: NONE
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: NONE
