RESOLUTION REGULATING TIED; LIMIT
WASHINGTON PARK TENNIS COURTS
WHEREAS, this Council by its Resolution 28-81
established regulations and time limits for certain City
parking lots, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable that a
lot be added to those set forth in Exhibit A of said resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, ORDERED and
DETERMINED that there be added to Exhibit A of Resolution
#28-81 that lot described as the Washington Park Tennis Court
Parking Lot, located on Burlingame Avenue immediately north
east of the City tennis courts,and that the parking limit upon
saiL' lot shall be four (4) hours. This resolution shall be
operative upon the installation of appropriate signs.

Burlingame, certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced
at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the l5th day of
August ,1983, and was adopted thereafter by the following
vote:

NOES: COUNCILMEN: NONE
