AWARDING CONTRACT
1982/1983 WATER IMPROVEMENTS - CITY FURNISHED
MATERIALS - JOB 109
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized an invitation for bids
for the 1982/1983 Water Improvements, City Furnished Materials, Job #109; and
WHEREAS, on August 2, 1983, all bids received were opened
before the City Clerk and the Director of Public Works; and
WHEREAS, P.E. O'HAIR & COMPANY submitted the lowest bid for the
job in the amount of $34,100.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED, and it is hereby ORDERED, that
the bid of P.E. O'HAIR & COMPANY for said Job No. 109 in the amount of
$34,100.00 be, and the same hereby is accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a contract be entered into between
the successful bidder hereinabove referred to and the City of Burlingame for
the performance of said work, and that the City Manager be, and he hereby is,
authorized for and on behalf of the City of Burlingame to execute said contract
and to approve the faithful performance bond and the labor and materials bond
required to be furnished by the contractor.

hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting
of the Burlingame City Council held on the 15th day of August 1983, and
was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: AMSTRUP, BARTON, CROSBY, MANGINI, MARTIN
NOES: COUNCILMEN: NONE
