AWARDING CONTRACT
TRAFFIC SIGNAL MODIFICATIONS - EL CAMINO REAL
AT ADELINE DRIVE & OXFORD -CAMBRIDGE ROADS
PROJECT NO. 014
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized an invitation for bids for
the Traffic Signal Modifications on E1 Camino Real at Adeline Drive and Oxford -
Cambridge Roads, Project #014; and
WHEREAS, on July 21, 1983, all bids received were opened before the
City Clerk and the Director of Public Works; and
WHEREAS, ROSENDIN ELECTRIC, INC. submitted the lowest bid for the job
in the amount of $41,520.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED, and it is hereby ORDERED, that the
bid of ROSENDIN ELECTRIC, INC. for said Project No. 014 in the amount of
$41,520.00 be and the same is hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a contract be entered into between the
successful bidder hereinabove referred to and the City of Burlingame for the
performance of said work, and that the City Manager be, and he hereby is,
authorized for and on behalf of the City of Burlingame to execute said contract
and to approve the faithful performance bond and the labor and materials bond
required to be furnished by the contractor.

certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of
the Burlingame City Council held on the 1st day of August ,1983, and
was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: AMSTRUP, BARTON, CROSBY, MANGINI, MARTIN
NOES: COUNCILMEN: NONE
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: NONE
