RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
GRANT DEED TO WILLIAM AND PATRICIA BRITTON
RESOLVED, by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burl
California, and this Council does hereby FIND, ORDER and
DETERMINE as follows:
1. This Council has reviewed and approved the sale of
a small parcel of surplus City land adjacent to
Cuernavaca Park. The public interest and necessity
requires execution of a grant deed of said proper
to William V. and Patricia Britton.
2. The City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
sign said grant deed for and on behalf of the
City of Burlingame.
3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and instructed to
attest such signature.

do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced
at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 18th day of
April 1983, and was adopted thereafter by the
following vote:

NOES: COUNCILMEN: NONE
