Home My WebLink AboutReso - CC - 008-2025RESOLUTION NO. 008-2025 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE PROCUREMENT OF SITE FURNISHINGS AND INCREASE THE TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE BY $30,581, FOR A TOTAL OF $385,804.17, FOR THE NEW BURLINGAME TOWN SQUARE PUBLIC PLAZA, CITY PROJECT NO. 83240 WHEREAS, on December 16, 2024, the City of Burlingame approved the purchase of the site furnishings in the amount of $355,223.17, for the new Burlingame Town Square Public Plaza (Resolution No. 150-2024); and WHEREAS, the City Council has approved funds for this purpose in the Capital Improvement Program; and WHEREAS, staff has determined the need to increase the purchase price by $30,581 as provided in Exhibit A to cover the omitted sales tax, and WHEREAS, there are adequate funds available for the purchase of these furnishings. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME RESOLVES AND ORDERS AS FOLLOWS: 1.
