ACCEPTING BID
FURNITURE FOR THE NEW BURLINGAME POLICE STATION
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized an invitation
for bids for furniture for the new Police Station at 1111
Trousdale Drive. and
WHEREAS on March 29, 1983, all bids received were
opened before the City Clerk and the Police Chief; and
WHEREAS, INNER LIVING BUSINESS FURNITURE AND DESIGN
submitted the lowest bid in the amount of $33,935.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED, and it is hereby ORDERED,
that the bid of I14NER LIVING BUSINESS FURNITURE AND DESIGN for
said project in the amount of $33,935.00 be, and the same is
hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a contract be entered into
between the successful bidder hereinabove referred to and the
City of Burlingame for the performance of said work, and that the
City Manager be, and he hereby is, authorized for and on behalf
of the City of Burlingame to execute said contract and to approve
the faithful performance bond and the labor and materials bond
required to be furnished by the contractor.

do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at
a regular meeting of the Burlingame City Council held on the 4th
day of April, 1983, and was adopted thereafter by the following
vote:
