RESOLUTION COMMENDING CHARLES W. MINK
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Burlingame
that;
WHEREAS, on April 13, 1983, CHARLES W. MINK will
conclude sixteen and one half years of continuous and distinguished
service on the Planning Commission of the City,and
WHEREAS, he has served four terms as Chairman of that
Commission and numerous other terms as Vice -Chairman and Secretary,
and
WHEREAS, the period of his service has been one of
continuous growth and planning activity within the City during
which his leadership, attendance and judgments have greatly
benefited the people of this City, and
WHEREAS, he has provided distinguished service to
schools, hospitals and other organizations within and without the
City of Burlingame, and where it is appropriate that the service
of CHARLES W. MINK be recognized by this Council and that his
contributions to this community be memorialized,
THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Burlingame
hereby expressed its appreciation and commendation to CHARLES W.
MINK for his constant service to the City of Burlingame, partic-
ularly upon the Planning Commission of this City and looks forward
to his continuous presence and involvment with this City in the -
future.
