ADJOURNMENT Note: An action by the Planing Commission is appealable to the City Council until the end of the next regularly scheduled Council meeting on July 2, 2001. In order to be effective, appeals must be in writing and must be accompanied by an appeal fee of $250, which includes noticing costs. If the Planning Commission's action has not been appealed or called upfor review by the Council by the end of their meeting on July 2, 2001, the action becomes final. If appeals are directed in writing to the City Clerk at City Hall prior to the close of the working day on July 2, 2001, attendance at the Council meeting is not required for selling an appeal.
