RESOLUTION MODIFYING PLANNING DEPARTMENT PLAN CHECK FEES
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME,
CALIFORNIA, as follows:
WHEREAS, the City has previously established Plan Check Fees for
Planning Department review of certain types of projects; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the current fees are not
sufficient to meet the costs of checking of commercial, office and industrial
remodeling and reconstruction,
NOW, THEREFORE, the Planning Department Plan Check Fees are
hereby established as follows:
COMMERCIAL, OFFICE AND INDUSTRIAL

$1.00 to $100,000
Each additional $100,000
RESIDENTIAL
Total Valuation
$1.00 to $100,000
$100,000 to $200,000
