RESOLUTION NO. 8-83
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSACTIONS WITH
A.G. BECKER, INC.
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME, CALIFORNIA,
That the City Manager, City Treasurer, City Clerk and Finance
Director of this City are hereby authorized to purchase and sell and resell,
borrow and lend with respect to and otherwise transact with A. G. Becker,
Incorporated with respect to any form of instrument authorized under the
Government Code of the State of California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the fullest authority at all times
with respect to any transaction pursuant to the foregoing and any action
deemed by any of the said officers and/or agents to be proper in connection
therewith is hereby conferred. A.G. BECKER, INC. may deal with any and all
of the designated officers directly or indirectly, by this resolution empowered
as though it were dealing with the City directly. Any withdrawal of funds
pursuant to this resolution must be signed by two of the foregoing officers.

:ertify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of
City Council held on the 17th day of January , 1983, and was
adopted thereafter by the following vote:
