Special Permit to allow completion of a garage at 1337 Bernal Avenue which would be 15'-9" high rather than 14' as permitted and which exceeds the amount of storage permitted (440 SF proposed, 154 SF permitted or 10% of area of house) (APN 026-064-040), zoned R-1, b-y Robert Davenport (applicant and property owner). 3. Final Condominium Map and Certificate of Compliance for the resubdivision of Lot 1, Block 11, Mills Garden Court No. 2, property at 1821 Ogden Drive, zoned R-3. 4. Master Sign Program for Crosby Commons at 1375 Burlingame Avenue (APN 029-202-010), zoned C-1, by Kemp and Kemp Architects for Continental Savings (property owner). 5.
