Sign Exception to allow more signage at 3 California Drive than is permitted by the sign code (APN 029-242-080/090/100/110/220), zoned C-2, by Joe Putnam of Putnam -Mazda (property owner and applicant). 2. Subdivision Map to combine parcels in Block 15 (bounded by Howard, California and Bayswater ) into one parcel, being a lot combination as shown on recorded map :Lyon & Hoag Subdivision of the Town of Burlingame (current Assessors Parcel Nos. 029-233-010/060/070); property at 100 California Drive. 3. Final Condominium Map/Certificate of Compliance for the resubdivision of lot 1, block 11, Mills Garden Court No. 2 at 1821 Ogden Drive, zoned R-3. (APPLICAT:ION CONTINUED) 4. Request for extension of three special permits and three variances granted on October 7, 1985 to allow the conversion of an existing warehouse to an office -auto retail center at 1070 Broadway, zoned M-1, by Michael Harvey (applicant and property owner). VI. ITEMS FOR STUDY 5. Special Permit to use a 550 SF area at the Roosevelt School site at 1151 Vancouver Avenue as an office for the Peninsula Parent newspaper (APN 027-340-150), zoned R-1, by Lisa Rosenthal and Marlene Douglas for Peninsula Parent Inc. (applicant) with Burlingame Elementary School District (property owner). 6. Special Permit to use a 250 SF room at the First Baptist Church at 1430 Palm Avenue to conduct music classes for pre-school and elementary -aged children (APN 029-012-220), zoned R-1, by Victoria McCarthy for Peninsula Music for Children (applicant) with First Baptist Church (property owner). Special Permit to allow flower sales at 290 California Drive (site of the Southern Pacific train depot) which is unclassified land (SBE 872-41-3), by Ivan Hugo Villa II for Flowers by the 2nd (applicant) with State Department of Transportation (land owner). 8. Sign Exception to allow more signage on the secondary frontage for tenants at 1426 to 1462 Burlingame Avenue than is permitted by the Sign Code (APN 029-122-050), zoned C-1, by the Chapin Committee (applicant) with Wurlitzer Trustees (property owner). 9. Special Permit to erect a 15'-10" wide dish antena at grade at 150 Anza Boulevard, site of the Embassy Suites Hotel (APN 026-342-220/330/240), zoned C-4, by Embassy Suites Hotel (applicant and property owner). 10. Special Permit to operate a car rental agency at the Sheraton Hotel at 1177 Airport Boulevard (APN 026-310-560), zoned M-1, by Budget Rent A Car (applicant) with Greater Capital Investment Co. (property owner). VII. PLANNER REPORTS - Review all the October 6, 1986 regular City Council meeting. - Discuss further Commission observation of Council meetings. VIII. ADJOURNMENT
