1. Two Variances to construct a bedroom, bath and family room
addition at 1636 Monte Corvino Way which exceeds 40% lot
coverage and which provides only one code -standard on -site
parking space (APN 025-195-270), zoned R-1, by John Keane,
AIA for Mr. and Mrs. William Ayoob (applicants and property
owners).
2. Special Permit to allow an auto detailing service at 1362
North Carolan Avenue which is zoned M-1 to offer this
service to the general public (APN 026-122-020), by Louis
LaFlamme (applicant) with Dirk & Glynne Reed and Donna & Leo
Boger (property owners) (APPLICATION WITHDRAWN).
3. Parking Variance to allow an existing building at 1320-50
Howard Avenue which has been vacant longer than six months
to be used for restaurant, retail and office uses without
providing any on -site parking (APN 029-203-070), zoned C-1,
by Amitai Schwartz for Roger D. Miles (applicant and
property owner) (ITEM CONTINUED FROM 9/8/86).
4. Final Condominium Map for three units at 1119 Chula Vista
Avenue (Lot 8, Block 2, Map of Easton Addition), by Hugh R.
Anton (surveyor) for Mike L. Gianni (property owner).
VI. MINOR MODIFICATION
5. Minor Modification to allow a second floor addition at 1368
Vancouver Avenue which continues the existing 4' side yard
rather than 5' at the second floor level (APN 026-058-100),
zoned R-1, by Mr. and Mrs. Brock Riddle (property owners and
applicants).
VII. ITEMS FOR STUDY
6. Sign Exception to allow more signage at 3 California Drive
than is permitted by the sign code (APN 029-242-080/090/
100/110/220), zoned C-2, by Joe Putnam of Putnam -Mazda
(property owner and applicant).

- Review of the 9/15/86 regular City Council meeting.
