Minor Modification to allow a 322 SF bedroom/bath addition (a third bedroom) to the home at 909 Linden Avenue which has only one code -standard parking space (APN 026-252-080), zoned R-1, by Nancy and David Padilla (applicants and property owners). 2. Minor Modification to allow a 528 SF bedroom/bath/den addition (a third bedroom) to the home at 916 Azalea Avenue which has only one code -standard parking space (APN 026- 252-150), zoned R-1, by Michael and Vicky Mackinnon (applicants and property owners). VI. ITEMS FOR ACTION 3. Recommendation of EIR-67P for a life care residential facility for the elderly on the grounds of Peninsula Hospital at 1781 E1 Camino Real. 4. Fence Exception to allow construction of a 7' to 7.5' fence at the rear and sides of the property at 122 Loma Vista Drive (APN 027-051-220), zoned R-1, by Ashley and Alice Smith (applicants and property owners). 5. Two Variances (for 43.5% lot coverage and a 3' side yard) to add a second floor to a home and to retain 280 SF of the rear accessory structure at 1264 Drake Avenue (APN 026- 171-290), zoned R-1, by Armando Diodati (applicant and property owner). 6. Special Permit to allow the relocation/reconstruction of a 672 SF garage at 1524 Newlands Avenue (APN 028-292-060), zoned R-1, by Elvira Nogues (applicant) for Elvira Afeltra (property owner). 7. Two Variances (for 52.7% lot coverage and only a 5' rear yard) to construct a 200 SF sun room at the rear of the five unit apartment at 950 Chula Vista Avenue (APN 026-201-120), zoned R-3, by Richard and Shirley Boe (property owners and applicants). 9. Special Permit for addition of a waste burning/heat recovery system within a 1,500 SF area of the Peninsula Hospital facilities at 1783 E1 Camino Real (APN 025-123-100/130), unclassified land, by William Mattson for Mills -Peninsula Hospital (applicant and property owner). 10. Special Permit to demolish existing buildings at 1044-1060 Broadway, to pave and landscape that land for use as a new and used car sales lot (APN 026-131-130/140), zoned M-1, by Mike Harvey (applicant) with Anthony and Madeline Crisafi and Robert and Ann Woodward (property owners). 11. Fence Exception to allow an 8' security fence around the rear parking area at 840 Malcolm Road (APN 026-301-340), zoned M-1, by John Sutti & Associates (applicant) for Joseph Cotchett and Nick Crisafi (property owners). 12. Special Permit to allow a rent -a -car operation at 1299 Bayshore Highway in the M-1 zone (APN 026-141-020), by Dennis R. Kay (applicant) with Premiere Properties, Inc.
