Two Variances for less than 3' side yard and less than 4' building separation to add onto an existing carport at 17 Arundel Road (APN 029-291-140), zoned R-1, by Domenic Russo (applicant and property owner). 3. Condominium Permit to construct five two -bedroom units at 1105 El Camino Real (APN 026-161-130), zoned R-3, by T. W. Washington Realty (applicant) for Clyde Martin, Elzo Grelli and Michael Grelli (property owners). 4. VI. PUBLIC HEARING 5. VII. STUDY ITEMS 6. Special Permit to allow an 8' diameter dish antenna at 1215 Vancouver Avenue (APN 027-340-160), zoned R-1, by Leo Monney for Mr. and Mrs. Daniel J. Rosenbledt (applicants and property owners). 7. Special Permit Amendment to add 1,800 SF of additional area to a formerly approved women's fitness center at 1208 Donnelly Avenue (APN 029-151-120/130), zoned C-2, by Mithoo Benner (applicant) for Barbara and Peggy Day, Trs.
