Special Permit to allow a 418 SF second floor storage area over the existing garage at 1238-40 Oak Grove Avenue which exceeds three standards for accessory structures in the R-2 zone (APN 029-051-190), by Mr. and Mrs. Howard Hoops (applicants and property owners): A. 18'-0" height proposed; 14'-0" maximum allowed. B. 17'-6" plate line proposed; 10'-0" maximum allowed. C. 836 SF total area proposed; 500 SF maximum allowed. 2. Sign Exception to allow a 20 SF sign at 1512 Rollins Road where total signs exceed the number allowed for one parcel in the M-1 zone (3 proposed, 2 allowed) (APN 025-273-080), by Norm Weil (applicant) with Coen Company (property owner). 3. Sign Exception for signs at 835 Airport Boulevard which exceed the code limits for number and amount (APN 026- 343-430), zoned C-4, by Pettibone Signs for Hotel Ibis (property owner and applicant). 4. Sign Exception for signs at 150 Anza Boulevard which exceed the total number and amount permitted in the C-4 zone (APN 026-342-220/230/240), by Comet Sign Co. (applicant) for United Suites Development Corp. (property owner). VI. ITEMS FOR STUDY 5. Special Permit to construct a 660 SF garage and shop area at 1511 Vancouver Avenue (APN 027-141-120), zoned R-1, by Mary Dunlap (applicant) for E. Glen Lloyd (property owner). 6. Sign Exception for a ground sign at 1609 Trousdale Drive which contains copy exceeding 4" in height (Code Sec. 22.18.010) (APN 025-123-030), zoned C-3, by Advertising Products, Inc.
