1. Amendment of the Tentative Subdivision Map for Lot 1 of a
5-lot subdivision at 2720 Mariposa Drive to increase the
maximum allowable height from el. 206 to el. 208 (Lot 31,
Block 29, Mills Estate #13) (APN 025-071-310), zoned R-1, by
Donald Bennett Properties (applicant and property owner).
(WITHDRAWN).
2. Two Special Permits to allow a take-out food service at 224
California Drive which is in the C-2 District and which is
also in Sub -Area D of the Burlingame Avenue Commercial Area
(APN 029-213-010), by Frank Albers (applicant) with Audrey
Anderson (property owner) (continued from 1/13/86).
3. Special Permit to allow an antique car restoration service
in the M-1 District at 50 Star Way (APN 026-131-190), by
Charles Potts (applicant) with Nicholas Crisafi (property
owner).
4. Special Permit to allow an auto detailing service in the M-1
District at 70 Star Way (APN 026-131-190), by Anthony
Stagnaro (applicant) with Nicholas Crisafi (property
owner).

5. Special Permit to allow a 418 SF second floor storage area
over the existing garage at 1238-40 Oak Grove Avenue which
exceeds three standards for accessory structures in the R-2
zone (APN 029-051-190), by Mr. and Mrs. Howard Hoops
(applicants and property owners):
A. 18'-0" height proposed; 14'-0" maximum allowed.
B. 17'-6" plate line proposed; 10'-0" maximum allowed.
C. 836 SF total area proposed; 500 SF maximum allowed.
6. Sign Exception to allow a 20 SF sign at 1512 Rollins Road
where total signs exceed the number allowed for one parcel
in the M-1 zone (3 proposed; 2 allowed), (APN 025-273-080),
by Norm Weil (applicant) with Coen Company (property
owner).

7. Sign Exception for signs at 150 Anza Boulevard which exceed
the total number and amount permitted in the C-4 zone
(APN 026-342-220/230/240), by Comet Sign Co. (applicant) for
