APPROVAL OF AGENDA V. ITEMS FOR ACTION 1. Special Permit to allow a take-out food service at 1160 Burlingame Avenue which is in Sub -Area A of the Burlingame Avenue Commercial Area which is zoned C-1 (APN 029-153- 120), by Calny, Inc. (applicant) with Lawrence Lam (property owner) (Continued from January 27, 1986). 2. Variance to allow a 705 SF addition at the rear of the home at 1804 Loyola Drive which will extend 7'-0" into the required rear yard area (APN 025-051-160), zoned R-1, by Mr. and Mrs. James Barientos (applicants and property owners). 3. Variance and final map modification for a new home on Lot 5 of the recent 5-lot subdivision at 2720 Mariposa Drive (APN 025-071-310), zoned R-1, by Nicholas and Stephanie Delis (applicants) with Donald Bennett Properties, Inc. (property owner): A. 48% lot coverage proposed, based on net lot area which excludes lot area within street right-of-way (40% allowed). B. 207.5' maximum roof elevation proposed; condition of subdivision limits height on this lot to 207.0'. 4. Special Permit to allow a third floor office area for a proposed auto sales/service facility at 3 California Drive which will cause building height to exceed 35' (43' proposed) (APN 029-242-080/090/100/110/220), zoned C-2, by Joseph Putnam (applicant and property owner). 5. Tentative and Final Parcel Map to combine lots at 3 California Drive (Ptn. Lot 1 and Lot 2, Block 13, Supp. to Town of Burlingame), by Hans Mulberg (engineer) for Joseph Putnam (property owner). VI. ITEMS FOR STUDY 6.
