1. Minor modification to allow a bedroom/bath addition to a
home at 1328 Balboa Avenue with only one on -site parking
space (APN 026-021-160), zoned R-1, by Richard and Deborah
Cookson (property owners and applicants).

2. Recommendation of EIR-65P for a retail/office building at
1800 E1 Camino Real.
3. Variance for addition of a potential fourth bedroom to a
home at 461 Bloomfield Road which provides only one on -site
parking space (APN 029-164-090), zoned R-1, by Steven and
Janice Cook (property owners and applicants).
4. Variance to allow a third floor exit balcony for a proposed
6-unit condominium at 113 Anita Road to extend 2'-6" into

5. Condominium Permit to allow construction of a 6-unit

7. Amendment of the April 23, 1984 Condominium Permit for 12

8. Variance to allow a 194 SF storage loft to remain at 341

(property owner and applicant).
13. Two Special Permits for a 321 room hotel at 620 Airport
Boulevard (APN 026-342-330), zoned C-4, by Windmark
Corporation (applicant) with Hsia-Meow Lai (property owner):
A. to exceed 50' in height (60.1' proposed).
B. to exceed 40% shoreline view obstruction (43.4%
proposed).
14. Tentative and Final Parcel Map to combine lots at 880

15. Special Permit to allow the sale of used cars at 1304

16. Two Special Permits to allow a take-out food service at 224
California Drive which is in the C-2 District and which is

17. Special Permit to allow a take-out food service at 1160
Burlingame Avenue which is in Sub -Area A of the Burlingame

owner).

18. Two Variances for an office addition at the 1361 North
Carolan corporation yard (APN 026-121-060), zoned M-1, by
the City of Burlingame:
A. to build up to the front property line (a 15' front
setback is required).
B. to allow the addition without providing any additional
on -site parking.
