(applicant and property owner): a. Special Permit to exceed 1.0 floor area ratio (1.19 proposed). b. Special Permit to exceed three Design Guidelines: - height (99'-9" proposed; 50' permitted) - lot coverage (.30% proposed; 25% maximum allowed) - apparent width (84.9% proposed; 60% permitted) 11. Variance to allow a 114 room addition to the existing hotel facilities at 1250 Bayshore Highway and provide 248 parking spaces rather than 258 (APN 026-142-080), zoned C-4, by Robinson Mills & Williams (architects) for Ramada Inns, Inc. (applicant and property owner). VI. ITEMS FOR STUDY 12. Special Permit to allow a 3,700 SF savings and Loan office in the C-1 District at 1174 Broadway (APN 026-093-080), by Portola Valley Savings and Loan (applicant) with Alice Ducasse (property owner). 14. Variance to allow a 3,700 SF savings and loan office at 1174 Broadway which does not comply with off-street parking requirements (APN 026-093-080), zoned C-1, by Portola Valley Savings and Loan (applicant) with Alice Ducasse (property owner). 15. Amendment of the 11/9/81 Sign Exception granted to Days Inn at 777 Airport Boulevard to relocate a wall sign (APN 026-344-110), zoned C-4, by James Flathmann (architect) for Days Inn of America, Inc. (property owner). 16. Special Permit to allow residential use of property in Sub -Area B of the Burlingame Avenue Commercial Area at 333 Lorton Avenue (APN 029-151-110), zoned C-2, by John Kowalski (property owner and applicant). 17.
