Condominium Permit for a 16 unit, three story condominium at 35-51 E1 Camino Real (APN 028-302-02/03/04/05), zoned R-3, by Carmino Associates (applicant and property owner). Three Permits for a 12 unit, four story condominium at 1233 Bellevue Avenue (APN 029-151-050), zoned R-4, by Ted Farley for Asia Peninsula Properties (applicant and property owner): A. Condominium Permit for a 12 unit condominium. B. Special Permit to exceed 35' in height (42.5' proposed). C. Variance to allow the garage roof slab which is 2.4' above top of curb to extend into the required front setback area. 12.
