Variance to construct a 7305 SF commercial building at 1221 Donnelly Avenue without providing the two parking spaces required for the 2000 SF second floor storage area (APN 029-152-050), zoned C-1, by Lage Andersen and Bill Kubach for Earl Raymond (applicant and property owner) (continued from 7/11/83). 2. Request for amendment of the February 3, 1981 Condominium Permit to allow construction of an office condominium with 19 suites, rather than 16 suites, as originally approved (APN 029-151-100), zoned C-2, by Jerry Scattini, applicant for Lembi-Scattini-Baldwin (property owners); property at 345 Lorton Avenue. 3. Two Special Permits to allow a 27,600 SF four story office building at 1555 Bayshore Highway (APN 026-321-300/370), zoned M-1, by Paul Gumbinger (architect) and George Corey (attorney) for CIF Corporation (applicant and property owner): A. To exceed 35'-0" height (70'-6" is proposed). B. To allow an office building in the M-1 District. 4. Two Variances to allow a 27,600 SF four story office building at 1555 Bayshore Highway (APN 026-321-300/370), zoned M-1, by Paul Gumbinger (architect) and George Corey (attorney) for CIF Corporation (applicant and property owner): A. To allow a 23'-0" back-up aisle for a portion of the required parking stalls (24'-0" is required). B. To allow 89 parking spaces (92 are required). 5. Special Permits to construct a 2,450 SF convenience market which does not comply with the requirements of Code Sec. 25.36.036 (APN 026-192-220), zoned C-1, by The Southland Corporation (applicants) for Garbis & Maida Bezdjian (property owners); property at 1199 Broadway. 6. Review of the November 27, 1978 Use Permit for Peninsula Sports Center at 1239 Rollins Road, by Ann Mori (business owner and applicant). 7. Sign Exception to allow an awning sign at 1211 Burlingame Avenue which exceeds the Sign Code limitations (APN 029-204-050), zoned C-1, by Lynae Folks (applicant) with Joseph Karp (property owner) (continued to 8/22/83 at applicant's request). Five Permits to allow construction of a four unit condominium at 1114 Paloma Avenue (APN 026-193-160), zoned R-3, by Phillip Dixon (architect) for Paloma Associates (applicants) with Wells Fargo Bank Trust Department (property administrator): A. Condominium Permit to allow four condominium units. B. Special Permit to allow 37'-0" height (35' maximum permitted). C. Variance to exceed 50% lot coverage (53.3% proposed). D. Variance to allow a parking stall in the rear yard area which requires a standard sized car more than five maneuvers to exit. E. Variance to allow 27 linear feet of the turning aisle behind the stall in the rear yard area to be only 24' wide rather than 28' as required. 9. Tentative Parcel Map for construction of a four unit condominium at 1114 Paloma Avenue (Lot 17, Block 3, Easton Addition) (APN 026-193-160), zoned R-3, by Brian-Kangas-Foulk & Associates (engineer) for Paloma Associates (applicant) with Wells Fargo Bank (property administrator).
