1. Sign Exception to allow two awning signs at 327 Lorton Avenue which
exceed the Sign Code limitations (APN 029-151-130), zoned C-1, by
Thomas Vannoni (applicant) with Barbara Day (property owner) (continued
from May 23, 1983).
2. Variance to allow a bedroom/bath addition to the home at 1112 Cabrillo
Avenue which has a nonconforming side yard (APN 026-163-180), zoned R-1,
by Steven Graf for Martha Costa (property owner and applicant).
3. Fence Exception to allow a six foot fence within the front setback and
within 15' of the corner at 1545 Floribunda Avenue (APN 029-111-010),
zoned R-3, by Carl Goldstone for Jean Goldstone (applicant and property
owner).
4. Amendment of the April 26, 1982 Condominium Permit to enclose the underground
parking garage with a security gate at 1500 Sherman Avenue (APN 026-151-060/
070/080), zoned R-3, by John Raleigh for Taldan Investment Co. (property
owner).
5. Special Permit to allow a dog grooming service in Sub -Area D of the

7. Variance to allow construction of a carport at 126 Clarendon Road that
would cause lot coverage to exceed the maximum permitted (APN 029-274-
200), zoned R-1, by Henry and Robin Use (applicant's and property owners).
8. Special Permit to allow construction of a carport at 126 Clarendon Road
that exceeds total area and height limitations (APN 029-274-200), zoned
R-1, by Henry and Robin Use (applicants and property owners).

9. Sign Exception to allow a 50 SF sign addition to the existing signage
at 50 California Drive that exceeds the total number and amount of
signage permitted (APN 029-243-020), zoned C-2, by Ad -Co Sign Company
for Putnam Buick (property owner and applicant).
10. Special Permit to allow ,truck storage in the M-1 District on a portion
of the lot at 1645 Rollins Road (APN 025-280-270/350), by Star Excavation
(applicant) with Hiram Walker & Sons, Inc. (property owner).
