Review of the July 23, 1979 Special Permit for A Child's Way Pre -School program at 801 Howard Avenue, by Nanci Roth Lawson (applicant). 4. Review of the February 8, 1982 Special Permit for a deli in the M-1 District at 840 Stanton Road, by Botrus Zaarour (applicant) (cont.from 5/9/83). 5. Amendment of the February 8, 1982 Special Permit for Ferial's Deli at 840 Stanton Road to allow four tables and chairs in the front setback area (APN 026-302-510), zoned M-1, by Botrus Zaarour (applicant) with Haig Kilijian (property owner). 6. Sign Exception to erect signs at 600 Airport Boulevard which exceed the Sign Code limitations for the C-4 District (APN 026-361-230), by Holiday Inns, Inc. (applicant and property owner). 7.
