Tentative Condominium Map for a proposed 5 unit condominium at 1105 E1 Camino Real (Lot 13, Block 19, Easton Addition No. 2), by Edward Baca (surveyor) for Sonny Martin (property owner). 4. Parking Variance to allow construction of a 7,500 SF commercial building at 1221 Donnelly Avenue which does not provide a 24 foot turning aisle for two required parking spaces (APN 029-152-050), zoned C-1, by Earl Raymond (property owner and applicant). 5.
