Review of the Draft Environmental Impact Report DEIR-59P for a 310 room hotel on the site at 835 Airport Boulevard in the C-4 District; by Environmental Science Associates, Inc. (consultant) for Chan Chak Fu (property owner and applicant). 2. Review of the April 12, 1982 Special Permit for D&M Towing at 1250 Rollins Road. 3. Special Permit to allow an 11,814 SF office addition to the existing office building at 800 Airport Boulevard (APN 026-342-310), zoned C-4, by Ted De Wolf (architect) for Stanley Lo (property owner and applicant). 4. Request for a 12 month extension of the Condominium Permit for an 18 unit condominium project at 1500 Sherman Avenue, by Zev Ben -Simon of Gilco Construction Company (property owner and applicant). 5. Request for a 12 month extension of the Tentative Map and Condominium Permit for the proposed office condominium at 345 Lorton Avenue, by Frank Lembi (property owner and applicant). VI. ITEMS FOR STUDY 6. Special Permit to allow a car rental operation at 1484 Bayshore Highway (APN 026-113-400), zoned C-4, by Carl T. Martin and Jose 0. Muniz (applicants) with John G. O'Hara (property owner). 7. Condominium Permit to construct five units at 1105 E1 Camino Real (APN 026-161-130), zoned R-3, by Robert Lyon (architect) for Sonny Martin (applicant and property owner). 8. Tentative Condominium Map for a proposed 5 unit condominium at 1105 E1 Camino Real (Lot 13, Block 19, Easton Addition No. 2); by Edward Baca (surveyor) for Sonny Martin (property owner). 9. Parking Variance to allow construction of a 7,500 SF commercial building at 1221 Donnelly Avenue which does not provide a 24 foot turning aisle for two required parking spaces (APN 029-152-050), zoned C-1, by Earl Raymond (property owner and applicant). -2- 10. Parking Variance to allow the installation of a receiving antenna within two required parking spaces, leaving 334 parking spaces (336 are required) at 500 Airport Boulevard (APN 026-361-220), zoned C-4, by Jerry Vorpahl for the U.
