1. Variance to allow a second story addition to the home at 1308 Sanchez Avenue
which does not maintain the minimum required side yard (APN 026-196-120),
zoned R-2, by Andrew Zack for Ann Mori (applicant and property owner).
2. Review of the February 8, 1982 Special Permit for a deli at 840 Stanton Road
(APN 026-302-510), zoned M-1, by Botrus Zaarour (applicant) (continued from
3/14/83).
3. Request for amendment of the August 28, 1978 Variance for a carport addition
at 2500 Hayward Drive to reinstall a driveway which the Commission required
to be removed (APN 025-172-070), zoned R-1, by Hart Shadrick (applicant and
property owner).
4. Request for a twelve month extension of the Tentative and Final Parcel Map
and the Condominium Permit for a 12-unit condominium project at 524 Primrose
Road, by Martin M. Ron Assoc. (surveyor) and Diodati Construction (applicant
and property owner).

5. Special Permit to allow an 11,814 SF office addition to the existing office
building at 800 Airport Boulevard (APN 026-342-310), zoned C-4, by Ted DeWolf
(architect) for Stanley Lo (applicant and property owner).
