Review of the February 8, 1982 Special Permit for a deli in the M-1 District at 840 Stanton Road (APN 026-302-510), by Botrus Zaarour (applicant). 3. Special Permit to construct a 726 square foot garage at 1215 Vancouver Avenue which exceeds code standards for total area, maximum plate line and height (APN 027-340-160), zoned R-1, by Robert Lindstrom for Mr. and Mrs. Dan Rosenbledt (applicants and property owners). 4. Special Permit to allow a donut shop within Sub -Area D of the Burlingame Avenue Commercial Area at 212 California Drive (APN 029-213-030), zoned C-2, by Arturo Morales (applicant) with David Kimmel (property owner). 5. Special Permit to allow a retail home and auto stereo shop within Sub -Area D of the Burlingame Avenue Commercial Area at 214 California Drive (APN 029- 213-030, zoned C-2, by Arturo Morales (applicant) with David Kimmel (property owner). 6. Amendment of the approved Sign Permit for La Baie Restaurant at 800 Airport Boulevard to allow the two La Baie wall signs to remain and the building to be renamed (APN 026-342-310), zoned C-4, by Stanley Lo (applicant and property owner) (continued from the February 28, 1983 meeting). 8. Amendment of the December 6, 1977 Special Permit granted to The Frog Pond Hot Tub and Sauna Club at 1302 Bayshore Highway to allow a masseuse to operate on site (APN 026-113-480), zoned C-4, by Natasha Shih (applicant) with Laura Chan (manager of The Frog Pond). 9. Final Condominium Map for the 4-unit condominium at 1219 Paloma Avenue, by Louis Arata (engineer) for Albery Incorporated (property owner and applicant). 10.
