1. Variance to allow a 40 SF porch addition to the front of the house at
116 Central Avenue which will extend into the front setback area (APN 028-
294-160), zoned R-1, by Katrina and Richard Lantos -Swett (applicant and
property owner).
2. Sign Exception to exceed the maximum amount of signage permitted for the
site at 1205 Broadway (APN 026-193-010), zoned C-1, by Robert Martinez
for Flamingo Flowers (applicant) with Morris Farkas (property owner).
3. Amendment of the approved Sign Permit for La Baie Restaurant at 800 Airport
Boulevard to allow the two La Baie wall signs to remain and the building to
be renamed (APN 026-342-310), zoned C-4, by Stanley Lo (applicant and
property owner).
4. Special Permit to allow a photography studio within Sub -Area D of the
Burlingame Avenue Commercial Area, at 210 California Drive (APN 029-213-
030), zoned C-2, by David A. Dornlas (applicant) with David Kimmel (property
owner).
5. Special Permit to allow a conversion of warehouse space to office space
where the resulting office area exceeds 20% of the total gross square
footage of the existing structure at 840 Mahler Road (APN 026-321-390),
zoned M-1, by George Dolim for 840 Mahler Burlingame Associates (applicant
and property owner).
6. Extension of the Tentative Map for a six -unit condominium at 1277 El Camino
Real, by John Rahimzadeh for Manouchehr Dai-Javad (applicant and property
owner).

7. Special Permit to allow a three -car garage at 1215 Vancouver Avenue which
exceeds the limitations of Code Sec. 25.60.010 for floor area, plate line
and overall height (APN 027-340-160), zoned R-1, by Mr. and Mrs. Dan
Rosenbledt (applicant and property owner).
8. Special Permit to allow a donut shop within Sub -Area D of the Burlingame
Avenue Commercial Area at 212 California Drive (APN 029-213-030), zoned C-2,
by Arturo Morales (applicant) with David Kimmel (property owner).

of the Burlingame Avenue Commercial Area at 214 California Drive (APN 029-
213-030), zoned C-2, by Arturo Morales (applicant) with David Kimmel (property

- Review of Council actions: February 16, 1983 study meeting, February 22,
1983 regular meeting.
Discussion of draft regulation for grocery, drug and department store uses
in the C-1 and C-2 districts.
- Discussion of regulation alternatives for snack bars/coffee shops in the
M-1 district.
