Public Hearing to consider a negative declaration addendum to the environmental assessment on an improvement to the sanitary sewer treatment plant's secondary treatment facilities. 2. Variance to allow a two-story addition to the home at 701 Bayswater Avenue which exceeds the maximum lot coverage permitted (APN 029-292-060), zoned R-1, by Nicolas Lapchuk (applicant and property owner). 3. Fence Exception to allow construction of a six-foot fence within the front setback area of the home at 143 Dwight Road (APN 029-274-010), zoned R-1, by John E. Barnes (applicant and property owner). 4. Fence Exception to allow construction of a six-foot fence within 20 feet of a driveway on El Camino Real at 1443 Howard Avenue (APN 029-221-010), zoned C-1, by the United Methodist Church of Burlingame (applicant and property owner). 5. Special Permit to allow classes in the M-1 District at 810 Burlway Road (APN 026-111-120), by Jim Bergren for Identi-Guard Systems (applicant) with N. Crisafi (property owner). 6. (applicant and property owner). 7. Special Permit Amendment to allow auto rentals in conjunction with the existing auto leasing use at 1409 Rollins Road (APN 026-103-030), zoned M-1, by E. E. Sign Exception to allow the addition of two signs at 101 California Drive which will exceed the amount of signage and number of -permitted signs in the Auto Row area (APN 029-232-170/070), zoned C-2, by Robert Knezevich for Burlingame Ford. 9. Two Special Permits and a Variance to construct a 360-room hotel at 150 Anza Boulevard (APN 026-342-240/230/220), zoned C-4, by Blunk Associates for Granada Royale Hometels (applicant) with the State of California (property owner): A. Special Permit to allow a photography studio within Sub -Area D of the Burlingame Avenue Commercial Area at 212 California Drive (APN 029-213- 030), zoned C-2, by David A. Dornlas (applicant) with David Kimmel (property owner). 12. Special Permit to allow a conversion of warehouse space to office space where the resulting office area exceeds 20% of the total gross square footage of the existing structure at 840 Mahler Road (APN 026-321-390), zoned M-1, by George Dolim for 840 Mahler Burlingame Associates (applicant and property owner).
