1. Variance to allow a 414 SF addition to a home that does not meet minimum
front or side setback requirements; property at 751 Linden Avenue (APN 029-
055-030), zoned R-2, by Robert Dyson (applicant and property owner).
2. Request for extension of the October 27, 1976 Special Permit to allow
Century 21 Real Estate Academy to conduct classes at 1799 Bayshore Highway
(APN 024-403-390), zoned M-1, by John W. Hatten for Century 21 (continued
from 12/13/82).

3. Master Sign Permit to -establish a sign program for the building at 1200 Howard
Avenue (APN 029-204-120), zoned C-1, by King Yee, The United Industries Inc.
(applicant and owner).
4. Amendment of 9/22/80 Condominium Permit to enclose the parking garage at
1500 Willow Avenue (APN 028-134-070), zoned R-3, by Zev Ben -Simon, Taldan
Investment Co. (applicant) with Willow Circle Condo Partnership (property
owner).
5. Special Permit to allow a 360 room hotel at 150 Anza Boulevard that exceeds
the maximum height permitted by Code Sec. 25.41.025 (APN 026-342-220/230/
240), zoned C-4, by Blunk Associates (architects) for Granada Royale Hometels
(applicant) with State of California (property owner).
