Fence Exception to exceed the maximum fence height permitted by Code Sec. 25.78. 030 at 1153 Bernal Avenue (APN 026-183-010), zoned R-1, by Michael Parkansky (property owner and applicant). 3. Request for extension of the October 27, 1976 Special Permit to allow Century 21 Real Estate Academy to conduct classes at 1799 Bayshore Highway (APN 024-403- 390), zoned M-1, by John W. Hatten for Century 21. 4. Request for amendment of the February 20, 1979 Special Permit to allow a snack bar in the M-1 District at 875 Mahler Road, by S. T. Teng (applicant and snack bar owner). 5.
