(consultant) for Hometels Development Corporation (applicant) with the State of California (property owner). 2. Sign Exception to exceed the permitted amount of signage and number of signs permitted by Municipal Code, Title 22, Signs, at 1007 Rollins Road (APN 026- 240-360), zoned M-1, by Mike Harvey (property owner and applicant) (continued from October 13, 1982). 3. Sign Exception to exceed the permitted amount of signage, number of signs and maximum sign height permitted by Municipal Code, Title 22, Signs, at 1025 Rollins Road (APN 026-240-300/310), zoned M-1, by Mike Harvey (property owner and applicant) (continued from October 13, 1982). 4. Special Permit to operate a snack bar in the M-1 District within a 180 SF portion of the existing warehouse -office building at: 801 Mahler Road (APN 026-322-150), zoned M-1, by Paul Lee (applicant) with Charles Gensler (property owner). 5. Four Special Permits to construct three office towers and a parking structure at 477 Airport Boulevard (APN 026-363-260/280/400/410/420), zoned C-4, by Gale, Hornberger and Worstell (architects) for Owen Development Company (applicant and property owner): A. Special Permit to exceed 65' maximum allowed height. B. Special Permit to exceed 1.0 Floor Area Ratio. C. Special Permit to exceed 25% lot coverage. D. Special Permit to allow office use in the C-4 District. 6. (applicant) with American National Red Cross (property owner). 8. Tentative Subdivision Map for an 18 unit condominium project at 1449-57 Bellevue Avenue (Lot 13, Block 10, Burlingame Land Co.), by Frahm-Edler- Cannis (engineer) for Alamen Development Inc. (applicant) with American National Red Cross (property owner). 9. Tentative Parcel Map to consider the subdividing of the existing 20 acre Hiram Walker site at 1645 Rollins Road into two parcels (APN 025-280-270/ 340), (portion Lots 1-5, 7-18, pt. Lot 19, Block 10, Millsdale Industrial Park No. 5), zoned M-1, by Wm. Wright & Co. (surveyor) for Hiram Walker & Sons, Inc. (applicant and property owner). 10.
