1. Special Permit to construct a 750 SF detached garage -storage structure in
the rear of the lot at 1529 Burlingame Avenue (APN 028-285-210), zoned R-1,
by Jessie Ortiz (property owner and applicant).
2. Sign Exception to exceed the permitted amount of signage and number of signs
permitted by Municipal Code, Title 22, Signs, at 1007 Rollins Road (APN 026-
240-360), zoned M-1, by Mike Harvey (property owner and applicant).
3. Sign Exception to exceed the permitted amount of signage, number of signs and
maximum sign height permitted by Municipal Code, Title 22, Signs, at 1025
Rollins Road (APN 026-240-300/310), zoned M-1, by Mike Harvey (property
owner and applicant).
4. Request for a six-month Condominium Permit and Tentative Map extension for
a 4-unit condominium project at 27 E1 Camino Real (APN 028-302-070), zoned
R-3, by Carrasco & Smith, AIA (owner and applicant).
