Variance to allow a 578 SF two bedroom -bath addition to a single family home
with substandard parking at 607 Concord Way (APN 029-184-040), zoned R-1, by
Robert Massagli (owner and applicant).
2. Variance to allow the owners of a 28-unit condominium project at 777 Morrell
Avenue to enclose decks which extend 4'-0" into the required 15'-0" front
setback area which also provide the required 75 square feet of private open
space for each unit (APN 029-072-140), zoned R-3, by Phil German for Morrell
Associates (property owner and applicant).
3. Hearing to consider the revocation or suspension of the August 2, 1982
Special Permit for Davis Banquet and Party Center at 1450 Rollins Road,
(APN 026-102-050), zoned M-1, by Gilbert Davis (applicant) with Bertram and
Larry Horn (property owners).
4. Parcel Map to combine Parcel B, Lots 5, 6 and 7, Block 3, Anza Airport Park
