1. Public Forum to discuss the Environmental Assessment for the proposed
expansion of the wastewater treatment facility on Airport Boulevard.
VI. ITEMS FOR ACTION
2. Variance to allow a 578 SF two bedroom -bath addition to a single family home
with substandard parking at 607 Concord Way (APN 029-184-040), zoned R-1,
by Robert Massagli (owner and applicant).
3. Variance to allow a 450 SF second floor addition above an existing carport
of a six unit apartment that does not provide the required number of off-
street parking spaces at 1101 Paloma Avenue (APN 026-211-130), zoned R-3,
by Ralph Button (designer) for Joseph and Annette Smith (applicants).
4. Special Permit to allow operation of a deli in Sub -Area D, Burlingame Avenue
Commercial Area, at 216 California Drive (APN 029-213-030), zoned C-2, by
Steven and Janny Ercolini (applicants) with David Kimmel (property owner).
5. Three Special Permits to construct an office park with 433,524 SF of office
space and a 176,670 SF parking structure at 477 Airport Boulevard (APN 026-
363-260/280/400/410/420), zoned C-4, by Colin Russell (architect with Gale,
Hornberger & Worstell) for Owen Development Company (applicant and property
owner):
A. Special Permit for office use in the C-4 District..
B. Special Permit to exceed 65' maximum allowed height (106' is proposed).
C. Special Permit to exceed 1.0 Floor Area Ratio (1.07 FAR is proposed).
6. Request for the extension of the October 5, 1981 Tentative Condominium Map
and Condominium Permit approved for a six unit project at 1008 E1 Camino
Real (APN 026-214-190) (Lot 21, Block 6, Easton Addition No. 1), zoned R-3,
by John Brosnan (owner and applicant).
