1. Variance to allow a 578 SF two bedroom -bath addition to a single family home
with substandard parking at 607 Concord Way (APN 029-184-040), zoned R-1,
by Robert Massagli (owner and applicant).
2. Variance to allow a 350 SF bedroom -bath addition to a single family home with
substandard parking at 920 Linden Avenue (APN 026-251-290), zoned R-1, by
Michael and Karlene Harvey (owners and applicants).
3. Special Permit Amendment for A Child's Way at Washington School, 801 Howard
Avenue (APN 029-271-200), to extend the operating hours to three afternoons
a week, by Nanci Lawson (applicant) with Burlingame School District (property
owner).
4. Request for extension of the Tentative Parcel Map, Tentative Condominium Map
and Condominium Permit for a 15 unit residential condominium project at
30 Lorton Avenue, by Brian Cassidy Construction Inc.
