2. Recommendation to the City Council of EIR-58P for an office project by
Owen Development Company (Resolution No. 5-82).
3. Review of the September 27, 1971 Special Permit granted to Ronald Rosberg
for Repo Depo at 1669 Bayshore Highway to allow the retail sale of office
furniture and equipment.
4. Resolution recommending the Preliminary Historic Inventory to the City
Council (Resolution No. 6-82).
5. Request for the extension of the Tentative Subdivision Map and Condominium
Permit for a six unit condominium project at 518 Almer Road.
6. Final Condominium and Parcel Maps for a six unit condominium project at
119 Primrose Road.
7. Review of the proposed amendment of Code Sec. 22.08.070 to require a minimum

Avenue which exceeds 35'-0" in height (50'-0" is proposed) (APN 029-121-030),
