May 24, 1982 I. Public Forum to discuss the proposed expansion of the wastewater treatment facility on Airport Boulevard. VI. ITEMS FOR ACTION 2. Public Hearing of proposed changes to the C-1 and C-2 district sections of the Burlingame Zoning Ordinance which would make residential uses conditional, requiring a Special Permit. 3. Variance to allow a bedroom -bathroom addition to an existing home at 470 Cumberland Road that does not meet minimum code requirements for off-street parking.(APN 029-164-240), zoned R-1, by Michael Cortese (owner and applicaht). 4. Variance to allow a family room addition to an existing house at 1564 Meadow Lane that does not meet code requirements for lot coverage or for rear yard and side setback dimensions (APN 025-242-520), zoned R-1, by Greg Levy (owner and applicant). 5. Review of three Special Permits approved for Trans Rent-A-Car and Alamo Rent-A-Car at 1755 Bayshore Highway, by Alan Hahn (for Alamo Rent-A-Car and Trans Rent-A-Car). 6. Request for extension of the July, 1981 Condominium Permit and Tentative Subdivision Map for the existing office -warehouse at 1745 Adrian Road, by Bob Kent (owner and applicant). VII. STUDY ITEMS 7. Special Permit to allow construction of a 330 SF cabana/storage structure in the rear yard area of 1441 Drake Avenue (APN 026-043-100), zoned R-1, by Sait Kilki (owner and applicant). 8. Request for an Amendment to the Special Permit for a handicapped children's program at 1151 Vancouver Avenue to increase maximum enrollment to 30 students (APN 027-340-150), zoned R-1, by Kristen Santin of Excursions in Learning (applicant) with the Burlingame School District (property owner). -2- 9. Special Permit to allow the existing office -hall building at 1450 Rollins Road to be rented out for parties and banquets (APN 026-102-050), zoned M-1, by Gilbert Davis (applicant) with Bertram and Larry Horn, TRS. (property owner). 10. Special Permit to allow retail sales in the M-1 District at 1745 Adrian Road (APN 025-169-190), by Howard Moser (applicant) with Bob Kent (property owner). 11. Request for the resubdivision of Parcel B, Lots 1, 2, 8 and Ptn. of 3, Block 8, Millsdale Industrial Park, by Howard Hickey (civil engineer) for Ed Roberts (property owner). 12. Request for the resubdivision of Lots 32, 33, 34 and 38, Block 9, Millsdale Industrial Park Unit No. 5, by Howard Hickey (engineer) for Louis Harding (property owner). VIII.
