Fence Exception to allow a 7'-0" fence along a portion of the side lot lines at 119 Primrose Road (APN 029-221-070), zoned R-3, by Steve Munkdale (applicant and property owner). 2. Special Permit to allow an auto stereo repair and installation facility in the M-1 district at 833 Mahler Road (APN 026-322-160), by Dan Lacey and Paul Wilkinson of Pulsar Electronic Systems (continued from 4/26/82). 3. Special Permit to allow an office use in conjunction with a meeting hall and classrooms in the M-1 district on the northwest corner of Rollins and David Roads (APN 025-272-150), by Wayne Holland (architect) for Sprinkler Fitters Local 483 (property owners). 4. Special Permit to allow a retail/service use in a 2,600 SF portion of a building that is in Sub -Area D of the Downtown Parking District; building at 212 California Drive (APN 029-213-030), zoned C-1, by William J. Masterson (applicant). 5. Special Permit to allow classes to be conducted after regular working hours in a building at 329 Primrose Road which is in Sub -Area A of the Downtown Parking District (APN 029-122-150), zoned C-1, by Dianne Sanlorenzo (applicant). 6. Review of the January 26, 1981 Special Permit for the Malcolm Centre Coffee Shop at 866 Malcolm Road in the M-1 district. 7. Extension of the May 27, 1981 Tentative Map and Condominium Permit for a 3 unit condominium at 1299 E1 Camino Real. VI.
