1. Public Forum to discuss the proposed improvements to the Burlingame City
sewer treatment plant's secondary treatment facilities for processing solids.
2. Public Forum on the Granada Royale Hometels environmental impact report.

3. Request for extension of the November 23, 1981 permit to allow a temporary
building at 777 Airport Boulevard for Days Inn Motel and Restaurant.
4. Condominium Permit to construct an 18 unit condominium at 1500 Sherman
Avenue (APN 026-151-060/070/080), zoned R-3, by Gilco Construction Company
(owner and applicant).
5. Tentative and Final Parcel Map and Tentative Subdivision Map for an 18 unit

13. Five Variances to construct a 5 unit condominium at 701 Fairfield Road
(APN 029-041-120), zoned R-3, by Som & Associates (architect) for Wing L.
Moy (property owner and applicant):
A. A 0'-6" side yard is proposed; 7'-0" is required.
B. An 8'-6" minimum side setback is required; 7'-6" is maintained at
grade level, the upper levels extend to within 3'-6" of the property
line.
C. 10' x 20' parking stalls are required (confined stalls); stalls range
from 8'-8" x 17' to 9'-6" x 22'.
D. A 24' minimum back-up aisle is required; aisles range from 8'-6" to
22'-6" from property line.
E. Two to four vehicles will back out onto Fairfield rather than
moving in a front first manner as required.
