Five Variances to construct a 5 unit condominium at 701 Fairfield Road (APN 029-041-120), zoned R-3, by Som & Associates (architect) for Wing L. Moy (property owner and applicant): A. A 0'-6" side yard is proposed; 7'-0" is required. B. An 8'-6" minimum side setback is required; 7'-6" is maintained at grade level, the upper levels extend to within 3'-6" of the property line. C. 10' x 20' parking stalls are required (confined stalls); stalls range from 8'-8" x 17' to 9'-6" x 22'. D. A 24' minimum back-up aisle is required; aisles range from 8'-6" to 22'-6" from property line. E. Two to four vehicles will back out onto Fairfield rather than moving in a front first manner as required. 14.
