1. Variance to allow an addition to the existing home at 1145 Oxford Road
which does not meet minimum code requirements for the rear yard dimension
or off-street parking (APN 025-252-160), zoned R-1, by Steve Rynerson
(architect and applicant) for Mrs. John Fanning (property owner).
2. Condominium Permit to allow an 18 unit condominium at 1500 Sherman Avenue
(APN 026-151-060/070/080), zoned R-3, by Gilco Construction Company
(applicant) for Zev and Nava Ben -Simon (owners).
3. Variance to allow construction of the 18 unit condominium at 1500 Sherman
Avenue that does not maintain required rear and side yard dimensions, by
Gilco Construction Company (applicant) for Zev and Nava Ben -Simon (owners).
4. Tentative and Final Parcel Map and Tentative Subdivision Map for the
proposed 18 unit condominium project at 1500 Sherman Avenue, by Martin M.
Ron Associates (surveyors) for Gilco Construction Company.
5. Request for the modification of the Condominium Permit for a 9 unit
condominium at 616 Ansel Avenue to relocate the rear yard spa to the
third floor.
