Pittore (owner and applicant). 2. Special Permit to operate a bar and entertainment facility in an existing office -hall building at 1450 Rollins Road (APN 026-102-050), zoned M-1, by Richard O'Rourke (applicant). 3. Final Parcel Map for the 28 unit condominium at 777 Morrell Avenue by Frahm, Edler, Cannis Consulting Engineers for William C. Kubach, et al (owners and applicants). 4. Review of the Draft EIR for a 44 unit apartment at 1800 E1 Camino Real, prepared by Del Davis Associates, Inc. for Claymore Investment Co. (owner and applicant). VI. STUDY ITEMS 5. Special Permit to allow a deli in an existing office/warehouse in the M-1 (light industrial) district, at 840 Stanton Road (APN 026-302-510), by Botrus Zaarour (applicant). 7. Special Permit to allow a medical -industrial clinic to operate at 1657 Rollins Road in the M-1 district (APN 025-280-270), by Dr. and Mrs. David Arrowsmith (applicants). VII. CITY PLANNER REPORT 8.
