1. Variance to allow a driveway at 1825 Loyolla Drive which exceeds the
maximum 20% slope permitted by Code Sec. 25.70.020-C3 (22% slope is proposed),
(APN 025-052-270) zoned R-1, by Mark A. McHone (property owner and applicant).
2. Variance to allow an addition to a home at 2810 Tiburon Way which will exceed
the maximum 40% lot coverage permitted by Code Sec. 25.66.010 (42.8% lot
coverage is proposed) (APN 025-031-060), zoned R-1, by Dr. Donald T. Odone
(applicant and owner) with Mary Dunlap (designer).
3. Special Permit for the expansion of office space at 800 Airport Boulevard
(APN 026-342-190/200), zoned C-4, by Edward DeWolf (architect) for Stanley
Lo (property owner).
4. Petition for continuation of a temporary banking office at 360 Primrose Road
by Roger Nye and James Hamilton representing Pacific Union Bank.
5. Six-month review of the conditions placed on the lessees' uses at Hoover School,
2220 Summit Drive.
IV. STUDY ITEMS
6. Special Permit to operate a bar and entertainment facility in an existing
office -hall building at 1450 Rollins Road (APN 026-102-050), zoned M-1, by
Richard O'Rourke (applicant).
7. Special Permit and Variances for a proposed 28-unit condominium project at 211
Myrtle Road (APN 290-214-230), zoned C-2, by Robert Savageau (architect and
applicant) for Alexander Development Company:
a. Special Permit to exceed the 35'0" height limit.
b. Variance to allow an accessory structure to be built to the side property line.
c. Variance to allow 4 parking spaces in the front setback on East Lane.
d. Variance to allow the underground garage to extend 18" above grade, 12'0"
into the front setback on Myrtle Road.
8. Condominium Permit to allow a 28-unit structure at 211 Myrtle Road (APN 029-
214-230) zoned C-2, by Robert Savageau (architect and applicant) for
Alexander Development Company.
9. Tentative and Final Parcel Map along with the Tentative and Final Subdivision Map
for the proposed 28-unit condominium at 211 Myrtle Road (lots 17, 3A/B/C/D, 4A/B,
and 5A, Block 17, Town of Burlingame) by James F. Carroll and Associates (engineer)
for Alexander Development Company.
