1. Fence Exception to allow a 9'-6" fence along a portion of the rear
and side property lines at 1005 Larkspur Drive (APN 026-255-020),
zoned R-1, by William H. McDonald.
2. Sign Exception for a Master Signage Program approval for 1420
Burlingame Avenue (APN 029-122-220), zoned C-1, by George Horvath
Associates, Inc. for Boardwalk Properties.
3. Special Permit for a retail dry cleaning plant and shirt laundry
in Sub -Area B of the Burlingame Avenue Commercial Area at 321
California Drive (APN 029-153-030), zoned C-2, by American Pacific
Equipment Company, Inc., with Don Sabatini (property owner).
4. Special Permit for a car rental agency at the :Ramada Inn, 1250
Bayshore Highway (APN 026-142-080), zoned C-4, by Expo Rent A Car
with Ramada Inns, Inc. (property owner). ITEM CONT'D TO 1/14/85.
5. Special Permit for a car rental agency in an existing office
building in the M-1 zone at 1633 Bayshore Highway (APN
026-310-560), by Affiliated Auto Rental with Greater Capital Corp.
(property owner).
6. Special Permit Amendment to allow a pool addition to a raquetball
club facility at 1718 Rollins Road (APN 025-262-040/050/060/070),
zoned M-1, by George Corey for Royal Raquetball Club (applicant).
7. Three Variances to allow a pool addition to an existing raquetball
club facility at 1718 Rollins Road (APN 025-262-040/050/060/070),
zoned M-1, by George Corey for Royal Raquet Ball Club (applicant
and property owner):
A. Variance for 17 required parking spaces: 8 existing, required
spaces to be eliminated and 9 required for the new pool,
B. to allow the pool structure to be built within the required
10' side yard area, and
C. to allow 8 compact parking stalls; only 7 allowed.

8. Use Determination to allow a video programming and projection
facility in the C-2 zone at 1157 California Drive (APN
026-191-300), by Kenn Weeks (aplicant) with Christine Dillon
(property owner).
9. Variance to allow a video programming and production facility at
1157 California Drive which provides only 12 of the 110 parking
spaces required (APN 026-191-300), zoned C-2, by Kenn Weeks
(applicant) with Christine Dillon (property owner).
10. Negative Declaration review, General Plan Amendment from shopping
and service commercial to high density residential and Rezoning
from C-1 to R-4 for properties at 1221 Bayswater Avenue (APN
029-225-010/020/030/050/240) for a 120 unit residential project
for the elderly, by Robert A. Gilmartin, Bay Park Associates
(property owner and applicant). (BECAUSE OF PU13LIC NOTICE
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ITEM, THE PUBLIC HEARING FOR ACTION WILL BE
HELD ON JANUARY 28, 1985.)
11. Negative Declaration review and two Special Permits for a group
residential facility for the elderly and exceeding 35 feet in
height for a 120 unit residential facility at 1221 Bayswater
Avenue (APN 029-225-010/020/030/050/240), by Robert A. Gilmartin,
Bay Park Associates (applicant and property owner). (BECAUSE OF
PUBLIC NOTICE REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ITEM, THE PUBLIC HEARING FOR
ACTION WILL BE HELD ON JANUARY 28, 1985.)

13. Special Permit for an 891 SF addition to the existing 320 SF
detached garage at 155 Pepper Avenue (APN 028-263-040), zoned R-1,
by Jack Kemp (architect) for Mr. & Mrs. Walter Lembi (applicant
and property owner).
14. Master Sign Permit to establish a uniform sign program for two
buildings at 1209-1217 Donnelly Avenue (APN 029-152-320), zoned
C-1, by Nancy Woods for David Kimmel (applicant: & property
