Variance to parking dimension requirements on a residential site to recoup four spaces lost by the relocation of an apartment maintenance facility at 1080 Carolan Avenue (APN 026-231-280), zoned R-4, by CNR Associates (applicant) for Northpark Properties (property owner). 3. Amendment of the 3/20/72 Special Permit to change the operating hours for the car wash at 1095 Carolan Avenue (unclassified land), by William Storum (applicant) with Southern Pacific 'transportation Company (property owner). 4. Three Special Permits to allow construction of a 559 room hotel at 350 Airport Boulevard (APN 026-350-010/020/110), zoned C-4, by Carruf Corporation (applicant and property owner): A. Special Permit to exceed 35' in height (97'-8" proposed); B. Special Permit to exceed 1.0 Floor Area Ratio (1.36 proposed); C. Special Permit to exceed the Design Guidelines for setbacks, apparent width and view corridors. VI. ITEMS FOR STUDY 8. Special Permit to construct a garage at 708 Winchester Drive which exceeds the accessory structure limits for height and amount of storage area (APN 029-081-010), zoned R-1, by Ned Benedict (property owner and applicant). 9. Special Permit to conduct a day program at 1131 Vancouver Avenue for up to 12 developmentally disabled young adults (APN 027-340-150), zoned R-1, by Ann Parsons of High Hopes, Inc. (applicant) with Burlingame .Elementary School District (property owner). 10. Special Permit to allow an office/computer processing/ storage expansion in an existing structure at 1811 Adrian Road where total office area will exceed 20% of the gross floor area (APN 025-169-050), zoned M-1, by GTE Sprint (applicant) with GTE Sylvania (property owner).
