1. Variance to remodel an existing nonconforming area of the
home at 16 Channing Road which was originally intended for
parking space into additional living area (APN 029-303-
190), zoned R-1, by Roy and Bonnie Casstevens (property
owners and applicants).
2. Special Permit to allow a 59 SF bathroom to be added to
the existing detached garage at 2112 Hale Drive (APN 027-
162-040), zoned R-1, by Constantine and Victoria Strash
(applicants and property owners).
3. Sign Exception to allow more signage at 1352 Broadway than
is permitted by the Sign Code (APN 026-095-170), zoned
C-1, by Jackson Wong (attorney) for Philip Cheung
(applicant) with James and Stella Wu (property owners).
4. Recommendation to City Council on Mitigated Negative
Declaration ND-363P for R Gardens project at 1157
California Drive.

5. Use Determination to allow a video programming and
projection facility in the C-2 zone at 1157 California
Drive (APN 026-191-300), by Kenn Weeks (applicant) with
Christine Dillon (property owner).
6. Variance to allow a video programming and production
facility at 1157 California Drive which provides only 12
of the 110 parking spaces required (APN 026-191-300),
zoned C-2, by Kenn Weeks (applicant) with Christine Dillon
(property owner).
7. Sign Exception to allow a wall sign at 1250 Bayshore
Highway where present signage already exceeds the limits of
the Sign Code (APN 026-142-080), zoned C-4, by Heath &
Company (applicant) for Ramada Hotel Operating Co.
